Do I own my profiles?
Yes. Your profiles, information and accounts stay yours. We work through the access you give us, and if you stop working with us, everything stays with you.
Do I have to sign up for the $200 a month?
No. Ongoing management is optional and month to month. The setup stands on its own. Management is for businesses that want someone to keep their information accurate as hours, services and platforms change.
Will this get my business recommended by ChatGPT or other AI assistants?
We can’t promise that, and no one outside those platforms controls it. What we can do is keep your public business information accurate and consistent, so any search engine or AI assistant has better information to work with.
Do you update every directory?
No. We cover the major profiles and keep your core information consistent across other relevant directories. We don’t do unlimited citation cleanup or correct every obscure listing.
